Jennifer's place was exactly what I was looking for. The unit was just like she described it. When I had a couple of questions she was very helpful and quick to respond. I would most definitely recommend!!!

It was a very nice rustic place to stay. The vide of the home was absolutely amazing. I loved it. The pictures do not show how nice this place is. I live in Kingsport and I’ll stay here just because.

My mom and dad both said the same thing to me, which is that this is the BEST Airbnb we have ever stayed at. First, we were so pleasantly surprised by the Christmas decorations. It was so festive when we walked through the front door and added that little bit of magic we all look forward to during the holidays. Second, all of the little touches go a LONG way. We enjoyed some complimentary cups of hot cocoa during a family movie night, as well as some lusciously soft bath robes while taking a dip in the hot tub. Lastly, Jennifer was so responsive and friendly in her communications with us. We will definitely be staying here again!

This is the easiest 5star review I’ve ever written! Peaceful Peak is exactly that with luxurious attention to detail throughout. For example, in 10 years of AirBnb, never had provided quality bath/hot tub robes. We got them here. Christmas decorations reflected this attention to detail too, tasteful, but not over the top. Hot tub was a stand out highlight. Samsung appliances throughout makes me want to change ALL of my appliances! Genuine single level, NO steps. We did not want to leave, hope to be able to return.

This is the last of many stays at Airbnbs hosted by Jennifer and Travis, and I leave with a full heart and a deep sense of gratitude. It’s truly bittersweet to be leaving the area and knowing I won’t get to see them again. They are remarkable people who have made every stay feel special, welcoming, and memorable, without question the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve shared more in my previous reviews, but I can honestly say this location always felt like a place I wanted to return to, and I did, time and time again. Thank you, Jen and Travis. Crossing paths with you has been a true blessing, and I will always carry these experiences with me.

J&J Place is wonderful. Beautiful decor, all the amenities that you need, super clean and peaceful. Right in the center of Downtown Kingsport. We always have the best and most comfortable stays. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a wonderful stay at Jennifer's property. The space was incredibly relaxing and quiet, perfect for a much needed weekend away. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, and it’s clear that Jennifer puts real care into every single detail. Every piece of fabric smelled amazing too, from the linens to the towels to the bathrobes! There is absolutely nothing Jennifer didn't think of when it came to making sure her guests had exactly what they needed for a great stay. The home is super cute and decorated wonderfully! So much so that I asked who she hired to decorate (she did it herself 😲). I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-maintained getaway.

Peaceful Peak provided the perfect lodging for our visit to Johnson City to spend Thanksgiving week with family. It was nice to have a private place to retreat after visiting with family. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was simple and stress-free, and Jennifer communicated clearly and promptly throughout our stay. The home had thoughtful touches that made it feel welcoming—everything from the comfortable bed and fresh linens to the well-stocked kitchen and relaxing atmosphere. I especially loved the views of the mountains. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Although the reason for our trip wasn’t a happy one, our stay was perfect. The loft felt warm and like a home which we definitely needed this week. Jennifer has done an excellent job of decorating and stocking almost anything you could think of or need. She has also done an incredibly thorough job of compiling a guide for not just downtown Kingsport but the surrounding areas. No issues with parking (The helpful neighbor was kind enough to give us a heads up about the Santa Train happening). Those who are used to bustling loud downtowns at night will be surprised that Kingsport appears to turn into a ghost town after 9pm. Overall we will definitely book again the next trip we make back home.
